About us

We Invite You to the Beach

Welcome from your hosts

Brad, Becky, Monica, and Ole standing on the beach with sea oat–covered sand dunes in the background at SunScape & SeaScape,

What started as an annual beach getaway with close friends led us to the unspoiled beauty of the Forgotten Coast. Captivated by its charm, and dreaming of retirement, the four of us decided to make this hidden gem our second home.

In the process, we founded Trillium Investment Properties to share our piece of paradise directly with you. We invite you to come immerse yourself in the endless Gulf views of SunScape & SeaScape and create lasting memories together at the beach.

“Florida’s Best Kept Beach Secret”

Vacation-Home_Indian-Pass_Florida_Brandy

We were thrilled to have travel writer Brandy Hastings stay at SunScape & SeaScape while exploring Indian Pass and Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

She shares what makes this secluded stretch of the Gulf so special, from mornings overlooking the water to walking straight from the house onto our quiet beach.
